The hotel had a great location, close to the train station, the historical center, and popular attractions like the Cathedral. The room was clean, quiet, and air-conditioned with a nice courtyard and sun terrace. The bathrooms were modern and towels were provided. The host was welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

There were only a few available socket points in the room.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Narbonne called Galla Placidia. The property is conveniently located within a short walk to the town center. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had effective working climate control. The showers were spacious and had powerful water pressure. I particularly enjoyed the private patio and the quiet rooftop area. The breakfast provided was great, and the host was friendly and helpful. my stay at Galla Placidia made my short break enjoyable and I would highly recommend it.

The room was immaculate, quiet, and had air-con, a mind-blowing bonus in the scorching heat. Brits rejoice, there was an electric kettle! The EXCELLENT breakfast, along with the friendly and kind hosts, made our stay super delightful. The hotel's location was jaw-droppingly convenient, just a short walk to the center. No breakfast cost, but the lovely bathrooms and private patio with recliners were wow-worthy.

The check-in process is automated, which can be problematic if your credit card isn't working, and there is a lack of storage space for clothes and bags in the rooms. the provided amenities such as paper cups and only two tea bags for a three-night stay may be disappointing.
